FABRICS

Plain, twill or herringbone patterns can be woven from carded yarns in different widths and thicknesses. Carded yarns can be combined with textured yarns (example for weft in fabrics) to improve mechanical and thermal properties.


Uses: Friction, thermal and electrical insulation.

Examples:
· Woven brake blocks
· Accessories for personal protective apparel (gloves, aprons, jackets)
· Protective screens in areas of welding or casting.
· Protection against hot materials on conveyor belts.
· Anti-spark compressed boards
